14-Day Window
Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you haven't used your export credits.
No Questions Asked
If you haven't exported any videos yet, we'll refund you immediately.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- You have not used any of the export credits included in the plan.
- Technical issues prevented you from successfully exporting a video (case-by-case evaluation).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable:
- Exported videos: Once a video is successfully exported using a credit, that credit is considered used.
- Add-on usage: AI script generations or Voiceover minutes that have already been consumed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@hooklist.app with your order number and the reason for your request. We process most refunds within 3-5 business days.
